What is the Horal routine?Brush with Sonic 1, rinse with RinX, and use GumLift with a thin layer of GumLift Gel for ten minutes a day. Each product works alone; together they cover the whole mouth.

How soon will I see results?Most people notice fresher breath and less tenderness within the first two to three weeks. Gum appearance changes are gradual — give it the full 90 days, which is exactly why the guarantee runs that long.

Is red light therapy safe for gums?Red and near-infrared light at these wavelengths is non-thermal and does not damage tissue. It is not a treatment for gum disease. If you have active periodontal disease, implants or recent oral surgery, check with your dentist before starting.

How often should I use GumLift?Ten minutes a day is the routine the device is designed around. More is not better; consistency is.

How long do brush heads last?About three months per head, or sooner if the bristles splay. Sonic 1 bundles include heads for three to six months depending on the system you choose.

Does RinX contain alcohol?No. RinX is alcohol-free, so it cleans without the burn and does not dry the mouth out.

Can I use Horal with braces or implants?Sonic 1 and RinX are generally fine. For GumLift, check with your dentist first, as light devices are not always recommended around recent surgical sites.

What is your guarantee?90 days from delivery, including on opened and used products. If it is not working for you, we refund it.

How long is shipping?Free on every order. 5–8 business days in the United States and 7–12 business days to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Mexico and Spain.
