Free shippingShipping is free on every Horal order. There is no minimum and no code to enter — it is applied automatically at checkout.

Processing timeOrders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day. During launches, processing can take up to 2 extra business days.

Where we shipUnited States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Mexico and Spain. The options, costs and delivery estimates for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimatesUnited States 5–8 business days. United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Mexico and Spain 7–12 business days. Estimates run from the day your order ships, not the day you place it, and are not guarantees — carrier and customs delays can occur in peak seasons.

TrackingYou will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking events to appear.

Duties and taxesOrders outside the United States may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. Where these are not collected at checkout they are the recipient's responsibility.

Address accuracyPlease check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped. If an order comes back to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange reshipment; reshipment postage may apply.

Lost, stolen or damagedIf your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact support@try-horal.com within 7 days. We will work with the carrier and put it right with a replacement or a refund.
